Jiaxing has 10 colleges and over 80 educational and training entities. In 2011, the admitted students reached87，300 and 840,000 people were provided with training programs. Jiaxing University, Jiaxing Vocational Technical College, Zhejiang Science & Technology Engineering School and Jiaxing Construction & Engineering School provide courses in 14 categories, including communication technology, electric automation, CNC machines, environment inspection and disposal, industrial designing and computer application technology, etc. These schools are able to provide over 10,000 graduates annually. Besides, schools such as Jiaxing Nanhu International Experimental School, Jiaxing 21st Century Foreign Language School, Jiaxing Foreign Language School and Qing’an Bilingual Kindergarten are providing excellent and modern bilingual learning environment.
